Cristel Guillain

Cristel is currently Head of Transformation & Talent for Natixis, a French multinational financial services firm.

She has more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector, both in operational and managerial roles. She began her career in Banco Santander and Société Générale as a structurer of cross border financings for Latin American corporates before joining Natixis where she broadened her experience as Head of Structured Export Finance for Asia. She later joined Natixis Environmental Asset Management activities where she led the structuring and placement of CO2 funds to institutional investors and large corporates worldwide. In 2016, she was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer for Natixis Technology & Transformation Division, a position she held until taking over her current role. Cristel is also member of the Board of Directors of Fransabank France and Chairwoman of its Audit Committee. She holds a master’s degree in international finance and economics from the University of Bordeaux.
