Request for Internal Review of Commission Carbon Leakage Decision

Following our briefing on the problems with the ETS Carbon Leakage list, with this request for an Internal Review (2014/746/EU), climate NGOs are continuing their challenge to the unreasonable €30 carbon price assumption for compensating EU industry (the current price is under €7).
