Andrew Fearney

Communications Officer

Andrew Fearney is Sandbag’s Communications Officer, with a strong foundation in EU affairs and political communication.

Andrew studied Peace and Conflict Studies at Uppsala University, where he developed a solid understanding of international relations and crisis dynamics. He later completed a Schuman Traineeship in the Security Unit of the European Parliament, gaining practical experience in institutional operations. He also studied Data Analytics, a skillset he finds increasingly valuable for interpreting and communicating climate-related data.
